Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by WayPoint Logistics ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide domestic and international logistics solutions, including:

Same-day and scheduled deliveries Cross-border shipping within Europe Fresh and frozen food logistics Warehousing and storage Last-mile and e-commerce fulfillment

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 All delivery requests must be submitted via our website, email, or authorised third-party platforms.

3.2 Confirmation of service is subject to availability and written confirmation from our team.

3.3 Incomplete or inaccurate booking information may result in delays or cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment terms will be agreed upon individually and specified in client contracts or invoices.

4.3 Overdue payments may result in late fees or suspension of services.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

5.3 Any goods requiring temperature control must be clearly marked and declared in advance.

5.4 The client is responsible for correct packaging and labeling unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our liability for loss or damage is limited to £100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.

6.2 We offer additional insurance upon request; rates vary depending on value and type of goods.

6.3 Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not accept responsibility for transporting the following items:

Dangerous or hazardous goods (unless agreed in writing) Live animals or plants Illegal substances or contraband Items exceeding local or international customs restrictions Perishable items without appropriate packaging and notice

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges..

8.2 Refunds for cancelled or undelivered services are processed within 14 business days.

8.3 No refunds are available once a shipment is in transit, except where we are at fault.

9. Warehousing Terms

9.1 Clients are responsible for accurate inventory data when using our storage services.

9.2 We provide insurance only on declared value unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.3 Uncollected goods stored longer than 90 days may be subject to disposal or storage fees.

10. Use of Website and Data

10.1 You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation.

10.2 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.3 All intellectual property on the site belongs to WayPoint Logistics.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, UK.

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
